The INN at Dromoland are currently seeking a skilled and experienced relief Chef de Partie for December for 3 weeks plus.
As a relief Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for providing culinary support to the team.
In conjunction with the Head Chef the ideal candidate will be responsible for: Smooth running in all aspects of the kitchen.
To prepare and produce food to standard and in a fast-paced environment.
To assist with the opening and closing procedures of the Kitchen.
Maintaining a high level of personal and operative hygiene.
Adhering to Food Hygiene and HACCP systems already in place.
Candidates must meet the following criteria: Have 3rd level qualification.
Have previous kitchen experience in each of the roles.
In-depth knowledge of different cooking techniques, ingredients, and cuisines.
Have a level of high service standards that are the expectations of guests.
Must be focused on standards with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently and effectively in high-pressure situations.
Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods.
Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
