Commercial Lead Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Lead to play a key role in the continued success of our business unit. This is a dynamic and entrepreneurial part of the company, where you will have a voice and the opportunity to shape the direction of the division as a whole.
This role offers a unique opportunity to take full commercial responsibility for the successful delivery of specialist projects. You will be involved from pre-construction through to final account, leading on all aspects of cost management, contract administration, and commercial strategy.
Key responsibilities include managing budgets, forecasts, and cost plans, overseeing subcontract procurement and payment processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant contracts and regulations. You will work closely with the project delivery and senior leadership teams to ensure each project is delivered profitably, efficiently, and in line with both client expectations and company objectives.
A degree in quantity surveying, construction management, or a related discipline, combined with at least seven years of experience in a commercial role within a main contractor environment, is essential. Previous exposure to cleanroom, life sciences, or high-specification technical projects is highly desirable.
