Our client is an award-winning practice with offices in Dublin, Galway, Sligo, and London. They work across a wide variety of sectors, including residential, healthcare, workplace, education, interiors, and urban design.
Role & Responsibilities
* Produce technically robust architectural deliverables (drawings, specifications, schedules) using Revit
* Coordinate layouts and develop full tender and construction documentation for medium to large-scale projects
* Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality outputs
* Contribute to cost management and ensure technical decisions align with project budgets
* Attend site visits and provide construction and technical support
* Ensure all work complies with company QA procedures and industry standards
* Identify opportunities to optimise design, improve efficiencies and enhance profitability.
Required Skills & Experience
* 5+ years' experience in architectural technology with a focus on large-scale project delivery
* Highly proficient in Revit (essential), with experience in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite
* Skilled in NBS Chorus specification writing
* Strong understanding of BIM processes, Irish Building Codes, and Planning Regulations
* Demonstrated experience in producing detailed designs and full technical documentation
* Experience working collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
* Full eligibility to work in Ireland and a full driving licence.
