* A suitable candidate will have a strong academic background in Health & Social Care or a relevant field, accompanied by significant experience in leadership and management positions within healthcare or social care settings.
* In addition to qualifications and experience, the ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work autonomously, and demonstrate strong mental health training/experience as an advantage.
