A global, manufacturing company in Wexford are seeking to hire a Finance Business Partner for a minimum of 12 months within a high performing team with a great company culture, and a likihood of extension beyond.In this role you will influence day to day decisions, shaping strategy and the direction of the business. You must be able to use financial data and expert knowledge to facilitate change by working closely with or providing a service to the service and influence system sales teams.Responsibilities:Providing analysis and delivering insightsProviding effective commercial procedures, or initiating change, to ensure key operational, commercial, and financial targets are deliveredBuilding partnerships and maintaining strong relationships with all senior managers and their teamsWork with EMEA business partners to develop better forecasting toolsProvide regular updates on Key performance indicatorsAnalyze key trends to understand business drivers Support the delivery of the annual operating plan Work with Financial analysts to build reporting dashboardsQualifications:A qualified accountant or hold a master’s degree in finance/Accounting.Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skillsSAP with business warehouse. Power BIAn additional European language would be beneficialExtensive experience working in a commercial environment preferably in manufacturing
