We are seeking a skilled Learning & Development Specialist to support our client's organisational transformation.
About the Job:
* Develop frameworks for Talent Management and Organisational Design, including job architecture, grading, succession planning, and role specification.
* Align structures and processes with business growth and capability through strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.
* Manage and oversee L&D metrics and reporting (participation, spend, effectiveness).
* Coordinate data collection for talent maps across the organisation.
* Assist in designing and delivering manager workshops on frameworks (job architecture, succession, L&D processes).
About You:
* You will have experience of developing frameworks for Learning & Development and Organisational Design.
* You will be able to align structures and processes with business growth and capability through strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.
* You will have experience of managing and overseeing L&D metrics and reporting.
* You will be able to coordinate data collection for talent maps across the organisation.
* You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
