Our focus is on developing our employees and ensuring the hotel is a great place to work.If you are looking for a new and exciting career opportunity in a company that values its people and provides a guest-focused culture then we are looking for you.The Role:We now have a vacancy for a Night Porter to join our team.You will play a key role in the smooth and safe running of the hotel during night hours, ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction while maintaining hotel standards and security overnight.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesYour main duties will include, but will not be limited to:Ensuring all guest queries and requests are handled promptly and efficiently during the night.Managing guest check-ins, check-outs, and late arrivals.Maintaining the safety and security of guests, staff, and the property.Conducting regular security and fire safety checks throughout the night.Assisting with early morning setups, including breakfast or conference areas.Light cleaning and housekeeping duties to maintain public areas.Liaising closely with all hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.The Ideal Candidate Will Have:A minimum of 1 year's previous experience in a hotel or similar night role.
