Responsibilities include:Corporate Actions – Monitor and assess tax implications of corporate actions (e.g., dividends, mergers, spin-offs) across relevant jurisdictions and communicate outcomes to the business.Withholding Tax – Prepare/review end-of-period withholding tax calculations and reports; manage Irish DWT processes and treaty relief/reclaims; oversee relief-at-source/quick-refund procedures with agents and custodians.Investment/Tax Risk – Monitor and report tax risk exposures (e.g., permanent establishment, interest limitation rules, hybrid/characterisation issues) and support governance frameworks.Investor/Client Documentation – Review and maintain tax certifications and documentation (e.g., CRS self-certifications, beneficial ownership forms) and ensure appropriate onboarding controls.Indirect Tax & Operational Filings – Prepare/review Irish VAT returns and other relevant operational tax filings; support stamp duty and other transactional tax reviews as needed.Regulatory & Reporting – Support MDR/DAC6 assessments and submissions; contribute to Pillar Two readiness/implementation and related data, controls, and disclosures.Tax Projects – Drive process and systems improvements; contribute to technology-enabled solutions and automation within tax operations; support R&D tax credit documentation where applicable.Process Improvements – Identify opportunities to improve and automate processes, enhance controls, and standardise reporting.Interested in this position?To apply, please submit your CV to Lisa Tully who is managing this assignment via the link below, or to inquire further please contact us directly on
