Key Responsibilities:

* Support lab evaluation, characterization, and testing of designed Analog/RF systems.

* Interact with engineers across mixed signal, digital, systems, software, and testing teams to facilitate collaboration.

* Drive productivity improvements through the implementation of efficient methodologies, optimal tool use, and thorough documentation.

* Mentor junior employees and interns in Analog/RF circuit design.

Required Qualifications:

* Master's degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field.

* 10+ years of relevant industrial experience in Analog/RF circuit design.

* Proficiency in Cadence Virtuoso design environment.

* Extensive experience designing analog/mixed-signal circuits on advanced CMOS nodes.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
