As a key member of our organisation, you will play a pivotal role in driving quality and governance initiatives to ensure the highest standards are met across all services.
The ideal candidate will possess significant senior leadership experience working within health and social care settings, with a proven track record of leading quality assurance, governance and compliance functions. They will be responsible for developing and overseeing quality assurance frameworks to enhance service delivery, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards such as RQIA and HIQA, and providing strategic direction on quality, compliance and digital services.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in developing and embedding quality improvement frameworks across diverse services, ensuring compliance with GDPR, ISO27001 or other regulatory frameworks, and demonstrating strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and digital technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Degree-level qualification or equivalent
* Significant senior leadership experience working at director level or above, leading teams to successful outcomes
* Proven track record of leading quality assurance, governance and compliance functions
* Experience of working across regulated services, such as RQIA & HIQA
* Ability to demonstrate strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and digital technologies
