Job Title: Senior Security Systems Manager
About the Role:
* The successful candidate will oversee a team of skilled Service Engineers in maintaining and improving our clients' security systems.
* As a seasoned Security Systems Engineer, you will provide technical expertise and guidance to support day-to-day management.
* You will have strong leadership skills and be able to motivate your team to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise a team of established Service Engineers performing routine maintenance on CCTV, intruder alarm, and access control systems.
2. Provide expert technical support to the team, ensuring prompt resolution of any queries or issues that arise.
3. Collaborate with the Service desk team to manage workload, hours worked, and job completion within agreed limits.
4. Work closely with stakeholders from Clients, Sales, Service desk, and Engineering Team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
5. Maintain accurate records of training certifications, RAMS documents, Safe Pass certificates, and weekly reports for senior management.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Security Systems Engineer is essential.
* Demonstrated supervisory skills and ability to lead a team effectively.
* Strong technical knowledge of IP Network environments and software integration.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
* A full clean driving license is required.
