We are seeking an experienced and passionate Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the operations of a well-established, luxury hotel's dining and events offering in Killiney. This role is responsible for delivering a consistently high standard of service across all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, private dining, and banqueting. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong background in both service delivery and team management, who can balance operational excellence with creative input to enhance the guest dining experience. Work in a renowned four-star hotel with a rich heritage and loyal clientele Staff meals and discounted accommodation offers Ongoing professional development and training opportunities Beautiful working environment with a supportive leadership team Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day running of all food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction Lead and mentor a diverse team across restaurant, bar, room service, and events departments Manage budgets, stock control, and supplier relationships to ensure cost-effective operations Drive service standards and team training initiatives to maintain a culture of excellence Work closely with the Executive Chef and Events team to plan menus, execute functions, and deliver consistent quality Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements based on insights and trends Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and licensing regulations Develop strategies to enhance revenue generation, including upselling, promotions, and seasonal offers Key Requirements: Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a senior food and beverage role, ideally within a 4- or 5-star hotel environment Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop teams Strong understanding of operational controls, budgeting, and forecasting Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Familiarity with hotel POS systems and stock management software This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic hospitality professional to lead and evolve a core part of a celebrated hotel's guest experience.
