We are currently recruiting for the role of an Experienced Parts Store & Facility Management Person. We welcome your application for this role.

Established in 1982, Lift Truck Sales Ltd. are main dealers for Toyota Material Handling Equipment. Operating from Cork and Limerick, Lift Truck Sales covers Southern Ireland and beyond.

Lift Truck Sales Ltd. provides Forklift sales, hire, service and parts to a broad range of customers within the southern region. We are committed to providing our customers with quality products, cost effective solutions, highest quality in service while ensuring our customer's needs are dealt with personally and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive, check, and store incoming parts and materials.
* Pick, pack, and dispatch parts orders accurately and efficiently.
* Maintain accurate stock records and carry out regular stock checks.
* Process parts orders using our IT systems, including Microsoft Excel.
* Liaise with customers and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of parts.
* Negotiation on parts best price, quality and availability.
* Comply with all health and safety standards.
* Support the service team with parts requirements and queries.
* Handle customer enquiries in a professional and helpful manner.
* Maintain facilities to a high standard liaising with contractors as required.
* Assist with maintaining the company Health & Safety Documentation.

Daily Duties

* Checking deliveries and updating stock records.
* Preparing and dispatching orders for customers and engineers.
* Responding to phone and email enquiries.
* Monitoring stock levels and reordering as required.
* Maintaining a tidy and safe working environment.

Experience and Skills Required

* Minimum 4 years' experience in a parts store, parts advisor, or similar role (preferred).
* Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and general IT systems.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative.
* Previous experience in the automotive or material handling sector is ideal.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €35,000.00-€50,000.00 per year
