IT Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day IT support across all locations, managing new staff onboarding, and tracking and resolving technical issues via a ticketing system.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide proactive IT support to ensure seamless operations
* Manage the onboarding process for new staff members, ensuring they have the necessary hardware and software
* Monitor and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
* Liaise with external vendors and consultants to ensure optimal service delivery
* Ensure security, certification, and recovery processes are in place to protect against potential threats
* Support audit activities and recommend infrastructure improvements to enhance overall performance
This is a full-time position that requires a strong understanding of Microsoft environments, excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work calmly under pressure.
