**Job Title:** IT PMO Coordinator
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled IT Project Management Office (PMO) Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting the governance and monitoring of IT and Cybersecurity projects and programmes.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Administer PMO functions, including onboarding new Programme and project managers, monitoring training and key compliance activities
* Manage system administration of PMO tools Planview and Jira
* Produce portfolio demand and delivery reports from IT systems and build reports using Tableau/QlikView/PowerBI, Excel and PowerPoint
* Develop and maintain overall status and compliance reporting for the PMO and Portfolio
* Contribute to resource and capacity planning across the IT PMO programmes
* Prepare ad hoc reports and compliance follow-ups as needed
* Lead enhancement requests for changes to the systems and processes
* Support and contribute to Portfolio improvement initiatives as needed
Requirements:
* Degree and/or postgraduate degree in business or information technology or equivalent
* 3 years of experience in project/PMO/portfolio administration or coordination
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Experience working in a large-scale multi-national global organization
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong financial and numerical skills
* Experience in project and portfolio reporting and visualization
* Good experience with PowerPoint, Excel and data visualization tools e.g. Power BI/Tableau
* Project management qualifications are an advantage
* Experience with Planview is an advantage
