Your key responsibilities
* You’ll support client engagements across both private and public sectors, focusing on change management, project delivery, and business readiness.
* You’ll be involved in transformation programmes including technology and organisation design initiatives.
* You’ll manage stakeholder engagement, communications, and implementation activities.
* You’ll also contribute to project planning and delivery, working closely with management to ensure successful outcomes.
Skills and attributes for success
* You’re passionate about change and innovation, and you bring experience using change tools and methodologies.
* You’re confident, credible, and able to influence stakeholders. You take a practical approach to problem‑solving and deliver sustainable solutions.
* You’re focused on achieving project goals and adept at overcoming challenges.
* You’ve worked across the full project lifecycle and can structure and manage programmes that meet client expectations.
To qualify for the role, you must have
* A relevant degree and professional experience, ideally on major transformation programmes.
* You understand change and transformation projects and have experience delivering change initiatives.
* You’re quick to grasp complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
