Key Responsibilities Identify and articulate business needs, helping to define clear and actionable objectives for change. Facilitate workshops and engage with key stakeholders to gather and document business and functional requirements. Work closely with both business and IT teams to design solutions that meet user needs and business goals. Create and maintain documentation such as user stories, wireframes, process flows, and business cases. Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle. Contribute to post-implementation activities, including training and user support. Support wider digital initiatives including SEO, digital marketing, and social media integration efforts. What You'll Bring 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role within financial services. Strong knowledge of digital platforms and experience in both Agile and Waterfall project environments. Skilled in tools such as Jira and Confluence, with a proven ability to produce high-quality documentation. Experience conducting end-user research, managing stakeholder relationships, and supporting solution delivery. Excellent communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset. Familiarity with policy admin systems and SQL is a plus.
