LimerickProgramme dates: June 29th - July 31st (5 weeks)Students aged: 11-17 years oldHours - Monday - Friday ResponsibilitiesImplement and manage all day-to-day aspects of the academic programme.Manage the teaching staff to create a positive, enthusiastic team to deliver a high-quality programme ensuring student engagement and satisfaction.Observe all teaching staff providing feedback, support and guidance on all aspects of lesson preparation and delivery.Organise and manage the academic time-tabling, course planning, student feedback analysis and student certificate delivery.Monitor teaching staff levels to ensure that the centre is appropriately always staffed and inform the Centre Manager of any concerns.Ensure that all lessons start and end on time.Check class registers on a daily basis to monitor student attendance.Liaise closely with the Academic Director to ensure maintenance of all academic administration.Deal with any student or Group Leader queries on academic matters.Teach when required to meet demands.Liaise with the Centre Manager to ensure that the activities programme and academic programme are integrated successfully.Support the CM to aid the smooth and effective running of the centre.Submit all paperwork at the end of the course, including registersAll successful candidates will undergo Garda vetting.Required QualificationsBachelor's DegreeCELTA or equivalentProficient (C2) level of EnglishMinimum 3 years EFL teaching experience.Job Types: Fixed term, Part-timePay: €27.00 per hourEducation:Bachelor's (preferred)Experience:teaching: 1 year (preferred)Licence/Certification:ELT Qualification (preferred)Work Location: In person
