CNC Machine Technician
The role of a CNC Machine Technician involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing CNC machinery and related systems to ensure equipment is running safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime. This requires preventive maintenance on CNC machines, lathes, grinders, and milling equipment.
* Carry out routine checks on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
* Diagnose and repair faults across various systems
* Calibrate and fine-tune CNC machines to maintain performance accuracy
Key Responsibilities: Maintain a safe working environment, follow safety protocols, and adhere to environmental and regulatory standards.
Requirements: A minimum of a Level 6 or trade qualification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related discipline is preferred. Additionally, 13 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment is required.
