This innovative company includes among its' brands the No 1 selling brand of lenses, Acuvue, which is distributed in over 70 countries worldwide.In this operational role you will manage transportation activities focusing on optimizing service levels, contractual relationships, and proactive management of transportation activities throughout the EMEA regionRoles and ResponsibilitiesConducts Monthly Business Reviews with transport providersMonitors Carriers weekly/monthly performance against agreed SLAsWorks closely with the Sourcing Team to ensure Carrier Contracts and SLAs are in placeKey Contact point for all Transport related queries and escalations.Partners cross-functionally with customer service, warehouse, and transportation teams to resolve/achieve targets.Supports the Deliver team in day to day operational, process and system improvement activitiesSupports resolution of SAP IDOC errors, work with IT and BPX teams on resolution of inventory sync issues.How to SucceedMinimum 2 to 3 years into leading distribution centres and or 3rd party logistics providers.A relevant third level qualificationIntermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office is required.Demonstrated evidence of driving customer experience.Excellent collaborator; strong on partnering, partner management and effective interpersonal skills at all levels within a companyEnsures quality and safety remain a priority.BenefitsThis role offers a very competitive hourly rate.
