They specialise in providing turnkey data centre solutions, providing services from design, through to construction across the full range of civil, structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical services as well as commissioning.

BIM Information Manager
to join our expanding team, in
Ballymount, Dublin. (This role is an onsite role).
Requirements
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Construction Management, or similar).
* 5+ years of experience within the construction industry.
* In-depth knowledge of ACC Build (Autodesk Construction Cloud) is a prerequisite. The candidate must have a thorough knowledge of all aspects, including but not limited to RFIs, Reviews, Technical Submittals, Assets, etc.
* In-depth knowledge of ISO19650 Building Information Management standards.
* Proven experience managing Common Data Environment setup, implementation and procedures.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI for reporting and data analytics is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for managing training for all aspects and uses of ACC Build across the company.
* Responsible for maintaining and creating where necessary standard procedure documentation around the use of ACC.
* Ensuring Information Management standards are adhered to across the platform in accordance with ISO19650.
* Overseeing and monitoring the proper use and roll out of ACC across the company.
* Standardising reporting across the company using data gathered from the platform.
