Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Professional to join our team on a part-time basis. This is an ideal opportunity for a qualified HR professional to further develop their career while enjoying a reduced working week.
The successful candidate will report directly to the HR Director and work closely with the General Manager. They will be responsible for a wide range of HR duties and projects, including employee engagement, recruitment, training, data management, payroll reporting, and delivering HR change projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 3rd level degree in HR or a related discipline;
* 3+ years of relevant HR experience;
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with colleagues at all levels;
* Strong IT, data, and HR reporting skills.

Others
This is a permanent part-time role working approximately 24 hours per week. Salary will depend on candidate skills and experience but is expected to range up to 40-45k pro-rata. Hours to be worked will be agreed between both parties but can be 3 full days, 5 mornings, or a mix. The role will be fully office-based in Limerick city centre. Candidates with restricted visas or work permits will not be considered.
