The Person in Charge will be responsible for managing a team of staff, providing guidance and mentorship, and coordinating the input required from other individuals such as members of the Clinical Team and other departmental supports.

In addition, the Person in Charge will be responsible for meeting regulation compliance in accordance with Health ACT 2007 (Care and support of residents in designated centres for persons (Children and Adults; with disabilities) Regulations 2013.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 7/8 Degree in a Health or Social related qualification, and a minimum of 3 years managerial experience within a similar health or social care setting.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
