Job Title: Financial Accountant We are seeking an experienced financial accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and be able to work independently. About the Role The primary responsibility of this role is to prepare accounts files and financial statements for sole traders and audit exempt clients based on information provided by clients. This includes using accounting packages for the maintenance of books and records, assisting in the preparation of income tax and corporation tax returns, preparing and submitting VAT returns, and liaising with clients to complete accounts and tax work. 1. Preparing accounts files and financial statements; 2. Maintaining books and records using accounting packages; 3. Assisting in the preparation of income tax; corporation tax returns; 4. Preparing & Submitting vat return;/liaising with client as need;
