As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production facilities. This involves developing and implementing maintenance schedules to maintain equipment in optimal condition, as well as collaborating with manufacturing and technical personnel to provide support and troubleshooting services.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Develop and implement planned maintenance and calibration schedules that meet quality standards.

* Collaborate with team members to ensure jigs, fixtures, and tooling are available to support production.

* Ensure safety protocols are in place and maintained to prevent accidents.

* Provide prompt and effective troubleshooting services to resolve processing problems.
">
* Liaise with suppliers and contractors to identify and purchase requirements.
">
* Install and commission new equipment and collaborate with staff to ensure effective documentation and validation.

Requirements
">
A minimum of 4 years of experience in a maintenance environment is desirable, including at least 2 years of medical device/pharmaceutical and/or diagnostics manufacturing experience.

Candidates should have completed a craft apprenticeship and possess experience in PLC Logic programming and wiring would be beneficial.
