Job Title: HRIS Administrator
Our client, a leading company in the transport sector, is seeking an HRIS Administrator to join their HR team. This role combines HR administration and system management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administer and maintain HRIS platforms for data accuracy and system integrity.
* Update HR systems with employee changes, such as new hires and leavers.
* Manage user access, permissions, and security settings in HRIS systems.
* Conduct regular data audits and ensure integration with other organisational systems.
* Generate HR reports to support decision-making for the HR team.
* Support holiday balance management and headcount reporting.
* Identify and implement process improvements within HRIS.
* Provide training and support to HR staff on system functionalities.
* Ensure compliance with data protection laws and company policies.
* Assist with HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle.
Requirements:
* 2-3 years of experience in a similar HR or HRIS role.
* Degree or diploma in Human Resources or Business Information Systems.
* Strong administration and organisational skills.
* Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel; Power BI is a plus.
