Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated, results-driven professional seeking to support local volunteer fundraising Branches in the Eastern region with events, administration, and development. This role involves achieving ambitious fundraising targets while ensuring volunteers feel supported and valued.
The role encompasses building and maintaining relationships with volunteer Branches, providing responsive support and guidance. Key responsibilities include assisting Branches with administration, social media, and communications; supporting event planning, campaigns, and projects; recruiting, training, and developing volunteers; researching new fundraising opportunities; and ensuring best practice and accurate data recording.
This position requires proven experience in fundraising, sales, or business development, along with excellent communication skills, project planning, and organisational skills. A full clean driving licence and willingness to travel are also necessary for success.
