We're partnering with a leading organisation who are looking for a commercially driven Key Account Executive to take ownership of sales and key relationships across Ireland. This is a role for someone who enjoys building trust with clients, solving technical challenges, and being close to major construction projects.
What You'll Be Doing
* Growing sales and meeting annual targets.
* Managing existing accounts while identifying and securing new business.
* Acting as the go-to contact for contractors, architects, and specifiers.
* Coordinating project specifications with internal technical teams.
* Staying on top of market trends, competitor activity, and opportunities.
* Supporting smooth project delivery from tender through to installation.
* Providing accurate reporting and insights to the leadership team.
* Representing the business at industry events and client meetings.
What We're Looking For
* 3+ years in a client-facing sales or account management role, ideally in construction, building materials, or technical projects.
* A track record of winning work and managing multiple stakeholders.
* Strong knowledge of the Irish construction market and experience working with contractors, architects, and consultants.
* A degree in business, construction management, engineering, architecture, or similar (preferred).
* A full driving license and valid passport for travel.
