Job Title: AI Project Manager
Overview
Welcome to a dynamic and exciting role within our organization. As an AI Project/Operational Manager, you will oversee multiple projects related to the integration and management of AI technologies across various departments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage the successful implementation of AI-driven chatbot systems, including website chatbots, WhatsApp bots, AI voice responders, and automation of email and customer service ticketing.
2. Oversee relationships with external AI technology suppliers, ensuring alignment with business requirements and efficient project delivery.
3. Drive and manage the AI systems roadmap, proactively identifying opportunities for further automation and efficiency gains across various departments.
4. Liaise with internal teams, both at head office and hotel locations, to ensure smooth integration, high-quality performance, and user adoption of AI systems
5. Monitor, analyze, and report on system performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
6. Develop and present actionable insights and recommendations based on performance data.
7. Conduct ongoing research into new AI technologies and platforms, advising on potential applications and enhancements within our organization.
Requirements
* Demonstrable experience in managing technology-driven projects, preferably with a focus on AI and automation.
* Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to influence and coordinate across different teams and stakeholders.
* Competent in data analytics with a proven ability to gather, interpret, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Technical mindset and broad understanding of AI technologies and their practical business applications.
* Familiarity with major AI platforms such as OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, and similar industry-standard tools.
* Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
* Highly proactive, curious, and adaptable to a fast-paced business environment.
