With a growing network of branches and a significant share of the Irish market, they're now seeking an experienced Branch Manager to take the lead at their busy South Dublin location. The Role: As Branch Manager, you'll be responsible for the daily operation and commercial performance of the branch. Leading a team of six (a mix of internal and field-based staff), you'll ensure smooth day-to-day operations, maintain high standards of customer service, and drive continued revenue growth. You'll deal directly with a wide customer base - from large contractors to small builders and tradespeople - so being commercially sharp and people-focused is a must. This is a Monday to Friday role (8am - 5.30pm) with every second Saturday (8am - 1.30pm) required on rotation. This Saturday shift is non-negotiable and shared across the team. What We're Looking For: We're open on your background. Ideally, you'll come from the construction, industrial equipment, or hire sector - but we're equally keen to speak with people from hardware, DIY, or large-scale retail (e.g. Dunnes, Tesco, Woodies) who have managed high-volume, customer-facing environments. You must have people-management experience. You'll need to be commercially savvy, confident managing people, and comfortable taking full responsibility for a busy, target-driven site. This is a hands-on role that will suit someone who leads from the front.
