Contract Manager Apartments (North Dublin) A well-established mid-sized main building contractor is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee the delivery of a large-scale apartment development in Raheny, Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior construction professional to join a reputable contractor with a strong pipeline of residential and general building projects across Dublin. The successful candidate will take overall responsibility for the management and delivery of the project from construction phase through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role would suit an experienced Contract Manager with a strong background in large residential or general building projects within the Irish construction market. Key Responsibilities Oversee the full delivery of a large apartment development from site commencement through to handover Manage site management teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders across all phases of construction Ensure projects are delivered on programme, within budget, and in line with company quality standards Coordinate project planning, sequencing, and resource allocation Monitor construction progress and resolve issues impacting programme delivery Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and senior management teams Ensure strict adherence to health & safety and regulatory requirements Review project performance, budgets, procurement, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle Drive quality control and ensure works are completed to specification and programme requirements Support the commercial and operational success of the project delivery team Requirements Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline Minimum 10+ years experience within the construction industry Previous experience in a Contract Manager or Senior Project Management role essential Strong background delivering apartment, residential, or general building projects Irish construction experience is essential Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills Strong commercial awareness and programme management experience Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and site teams effectively Whats on Offer Salary - (€125k €135k DOE) Opportunity to join a well-established and growing main contractor Long-term pipeline of residential and general building projects across Dublin Senior leadership role with strong progression opportunities Supportive and collaborative management team environment To Apply If you are an experienced Contract Manager seeking a new opportunity with a reputable Dublin contractor, please contact Amy Maguire for a confidential discussion or send your CV.
