A global manufacturing organisation is seeking a qualified and experienced Plant Controller to take full responsibility for the financial management and controls of a high-performing production site. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role suited to someone with a strong manufacturing background, keen commercial insight, and the ability to influence plant-level decisions. Key Responsibilities: ? Lead all site-level financial reporting, month-end close, budgeting and forecasting activities ? Ensure compliance with global accounting standards and internal control policies ? Drive cost control, efficiency improvements, and KPI tracking across materials, labour, and production ? Provide timely financial insights to support operational and strategic decisions ? Coordinate capital expenditure reviews and ensure adherence to budget ? Supervise and mentor the on-site finance team, including outsourced support ? Partner closely with plant leadership and cross-functional teams Requirements: Fully qualified accountant (ACCA / ACA / CIMA) Minimum 7-10 years' post-qualified experience, with strong manufacturing exposure Demonstrated ability to lead finance teams and drive site-level performance Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Strong ERP systems experience (SAP preferred) Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact at plant level within a global company known for innovation and continuous improvement.
