Job Opportunity: Customer Value Management Agents (Loyalty) in Limerick
Exciting opportunity to work for our client in the Limerick area. Cpl is hiring multiple Customer Value Management Agents (Loyalty) to join their team in Limerick.
This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week. Benefits include pension, healthcare, birthday leave, company discounts, and more after an initial three-month period. The role features a hybrid working model: one week onsite and one week in the Limerick office after completing a six-week training period. Contact centre experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. There are excellent career progression opportunities within the company. The premises include a free onsite gym and parking facilities.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing incoming cancellation, sales, and house move requests.
