Fundamental to the success of our retail stores is a leader who can manage day-to-day activities, maintain compliance and hygiene standards, and achieve sales targets. As a Retail Operations Director, you will oversee daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and drive sales while ensuring excellent customer service and compliance.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Managing store operations, maintaining compliance and hygiene standards, and achieving sales targets.
- Training, coaching, and developing staff while fostering a positive work environment.
- Overseeing stock levels, implementing planograms, and optimizing product placement.
- Handling cash reconciliations, bank lodgements, and performance reporting.
- Addressing breakdowns, managing maintenance, and ensuring site safety.
Customer Service requires delivering high-quality service, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a retail management role (Assistant Manager or Site Manager level). This individual should possess strong leadership and people management skills, be able to analyze reports and drive performance, have excellent communication, delegation, and problem-solving skills.
