Developmental Stages:
* First 6 months - Develop core knowledge of warehouse logistics supply chain administration IT software and marketing. Get hands-on with vast product range learning manufacturers and electrical distribution industry. Start building relationships making deals advising customers face-to-face. Begin formal sales training course network with other Graduate Trainees. Complete workbook assessments receiving financial incentives.
* 6-12 months - Move to internal sales account management engaging business customers over phone. Learn business development strategies targeting and winning new trading accounts.
* 12 months beyond - Progress to diverse business-to-business field sales management position increased earning potential bigger bonuses. Travel locally meeting clients discussing projects arranging social activities. Work towards running own business in group learning staff management purchasing profit loss.
