Junior Security and Fraud Prevention Analyst (French Speaker)
The Interactive Brokers Group, Inc. is a global financial services company that provides electronic brokerage services to clients worldwide.
We are seeking a motivated and analytical individual with a background in the financial services industry to join our Client Operations—Security and Fraud (SF) team in Dublin, Ireland.
Your Responsibilities:
* Proactively handle client exceptional inquiries via callbacks, verbal and video client verification.
* Handle escalations of client inquiries about IBKR's security system via tickets.
* Manage problems with a focus on security protocols and practices.
* Escalate suspicious client activity or behavior to Senior SFP Analysts.
* Proactively track fraud cases and trends.
* Create on-the-job training and fraud awareness material.
Qualifications and Experience:
* 2+ years' experience in an information or fraud prevention role.
* BSc in STEM areas (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics).
* Proficient in Windows and/or macOS computer systems and basic office applications.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the security industry as it relates to IBKR, including information security and languages.
* Fluency in French and English.
