About the Role As Pastry Chef de Partie, you will support the Head Pastry Chef in delivering exceptional desserts, pastries, breads and afternoon tea creations across multiple outlets, including fine dining, weddings, and exclusive events.
You'll have the freedom to showcase your creativity while maintaining the impeccable standards expected in a luxury 4*/5* hotel.
Your duties will include: Managing your pastry section with organisation, precision, and consistency Assisting with seasonal menu development and creative dessert concepts Ensuring all mise en place is completed efficiently for smooth service Maintaining excellent HACCP and Food Safety practices Collaborating closely with the wider kitchen team to achieve a flawless guest experience Supporting junior team members when required What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie, or a strong Demi ready to step up Background in luxury hotels, fine dining, or high-end restaurants Strong technical pastry skills and an eye for refined presentation Passion for quality ingredients, creativity, and attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced yet supportive kitchen Excellent communication and a positive, team-focused attitude Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures What's on Offer Competitive salary package Opportunities for training and career progression within a luxury brand Staff accommodation may be available for the right candidate Chance to work with a talented culinary leadership team in a stunning lakeside location Interested?
