We are currently seeking a highly skilled Parts Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, with experience in selling parts and accessories to walk-in customers and/or telephone customers quickly and efficiently.
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling parts to customers, providing advice on products as needed, supplying service technicians with parts as required, and packing/unpacking and processing supplier deliveries and customer orders. Additionally, they will be responsible for point of sale administration, including invoicing and cash/card transactions, as well as maintaining and upholding displays and inventory.
To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work well under pressure during busy periods. Knowledge of agricultural equipment and farming is also essential, along with the ability to use standard computer applications.
This is a full-time permanent position, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with a half-day every 2nd/3rd Saturday. Salary expectations are competitive and commensurate with experience.
