What You'll Bring Minimum five years' senior bar management experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
A proven history of running a profitable bar, managing budgets and keeping tight control of costs.
A genuine commitment to training, supporting and developing the team to consistently high service standards.
Experience with stock control, scheduling, compliance and maintaining operational procedures.
A practical, steady approach to leadership and problem-solving, and the confidence to handle busy periods as well as quieter times.
A hands‑on, people‑first attitude - whether greeting guests at the door or supporting staff behind the bar.
