Maxi Zoo is part of the Fressnapf Group, the European market leader in pet products with 2,700+ shops across Europe. Maxi Zoo Ireland is Ireland’s largest pet retailer with over 30 shops.
We are currently recruiting for a Store Manager for our Dublin Stores (West Dublin). The Store Manager reports to the District Manager and is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of their store, driving revenue and managing costs while creating a culture based on the highest quality pet care and exceptional customer service.

Operational Store Excellence – ensure adherence to store processes and guidelines, optimise efficiency, streamline processes, and drive informed decision‑making for enhanced store performance
Operational Store Analytics – achieve company KPIs, manage cash & stock, audit, manage store personnel costs and sales performance
Leadership – empower your team's growth and engagement through supportive leadership, training, and a culture of trust and respect
Merchandise and Inventory – ensure impeccable product availability, planogram implementation and accurate inventory management
Customer Engagement – drive customer engagement by leading by example and ensuring the entire team provides exemplary service
Brand Integrity – ensure that the animals entrusted to us are well cared for at all times and that the welfare of the animal comes first
