Job Description: Residential MVHR duct designer
ProAir is Ireland's only manufacturer and industry leading specialist in Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR) systems, primarily for the residential market. Due to continuing expansion, we now wish to recruit an experienced CAD Designer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation with customer service at its core. This position is based at our Galway office.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Produce detailed duct layouts for ventilation systems in residential construction projects using CAD
* On-site surveys, an integral component of the role
* Preparation of other Project and Construction Documentation
* Provide technical support and assistance to Installers and Customers
* Liaise with Customers on project design issues and approvals
* Completing work to agreed timescales and standards
Requirements:
* Third Level or Trade qualification required
* Min 2-3 years' experience with CAD in the construction industry
* Construction site experience is essential
* Excellent communication and organisational skills are required
* Ability to work both as part of team and on own initiative
* Construction site management experience an advantage in the residential field
* Clean driving licence
