Role & Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for customers reporting issues.
Gather detailed and accurate information to ensure efficient resolution and high customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the internal delivery team to escalate cases where necessary.
Maintain and update customer profiles and records to reflect current information.
Working Model Initial Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM 5:30 PM (Office-based) After 8 Weeks: Transition to a hybrid model with a rotating shift schedule (5 out of 7 days per week) Shift PatternsOffice-Based Shifts: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM 9:00 AM 5:00 PM 10:00 AM 6:00 PM Work-From-Home Shifts: 12:00 PM 8:00 PM 1:00 PM 9:00 PM 2:00 PM 10:00 PM 3:00 PM 11:00 PM 4:00 PM 12:00 AM Ideal Candidate Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in a Call Centre, customer service, or technical support role is an advantage.
Willingness and flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
