We are seeking an experienced Site Foreperson to oversee the daily installation of precast concrete components on large-scale apartment and high-density residential developments. This is a key leadership role on fast-paced, multi-storey projects, requiring strong technical knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to drive productivity while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. Key Responsibilities Site Supervision Lead and supervise day-to-day precast installation activities. Manage site crews, crane operators, and subcontractors. Coordinate material deliveries and oversee site logistics. Ensure works progress in line with the project programme. Quality & Workmanship Inspect installations for alignment, plumb, finish, and compliance with specifications. Identify defects and ensure timely corrective actions. Work closely with engineers to maintain tolerances and technical standards. Coordination Collaborate daily with the Project Manager and engineering team. Attend coordination meetings with the main contractor. Provide clear briefings and direction to site operatives. Health & Safety Enforce safe working practices and site protocols at all times. Conduct toolbox talks and ensure compliance with RAMS. Report hazards, incidents, and near misses promptly. Requirements Minimum5 years experience as a Foreperson or Site Supervisor. Proven experience inprecast concrete installation is essential. Strong understanding ofmulti-storey construction sequencing. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
