We are looking for full-time Bar Staff to join our vibrant team at The Gleneagle Hotel and Gleneagle Arena
You'll have the exciting opportunity to work in the Arena and other venues — and even see some of your favourite artists up close
You'll be part of a professional team focused on delivering excellent service to our guests. Previous experience in bar and food service is preferred, but don't worry — you'll be paired with a trainer to help you learn our standards.
About The Role
Main Duties:
* Serve beverages to guests across a variety of bars.
* Comply with all cash handling and stock security policies.
* Greet all guests warmly and professionally.
* Familiarise yourself with our food and drink offerings, including daily specials and local beverages, to assist guests with their choices.
* Anticipate and meet the needs of our guests.
* Take accurate food orders and liaise with the kitchen team to ensure timely service.
* Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and welcoming bar environment.
* Share your knowledge and enthusiasm about our beautiful local area with our guests.
Experience & Key Skills:
* Previous bar experience is essential; food service experience is an advantage.
* An outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
* A genuine passion for providing outstanding guest experiences.
* A strong team player who takes pride in contributing to team success.
