We are currently seeking a highly skilled temporary administrator to support our team.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will oversee records for volunteers and resolve queries via email or phone.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to and resolve communications, including enquiries, applications and issues via emails and phone calls.
* Manage day-to-day administration, including records for volunteers and contacts related to the program.
* Edit and scan sensitive information for clients.
* Update internal CRM system.
* Elevate client issues to manager as necessary.
Requirements:
* Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding goals, delivering high-quality job performance.
* Experience in recruitment is desirable but not essential.
* A hands-on approach with excellent communication skills.
* Excellent time management and multitasking abilities across concurrent projects.
* Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
* Strong administration experience providing exceptional customer services.
* Clean driving license.
