Key Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding customer service by proactively identifying and prioritizing customer needs.
* Offer informed and tailored recommendations based on customer requirements.
* Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism, confidence, and a positive attitude.
* Handle all telephone and email communications in a courteous, helpful, and efficient manner.
* Fulfill rental agreements for returning customers, ensuring a smooth and seamless process.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions.
* Comply with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
Requirements
* Proven ability to meet targets, adapt in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate strong attention to detail.
* Collaborative, with excellent interpersonal skills, fluent in both written and verbal English.
* Background in customer service and a natural ability to sell, supported by an engaging personality and professional presentation.
* Competent in Microsoft Excel and Word.
* Holds a full, clean Category B driver's license for a minimum of two years.
About the Role
This is a full-time, permanent position requiring a 40-hour workweek, including Saturdays.
