Guest Relations Manager
who loves being front-facing, thrives in a fast-paced hotel environment and knows how to turn great service into genuine connection.
What Youll Be Doing
* Be the main point of contact for our guests, from arrival to departure
* Own the lobby experience and guest journey, including VIPs and group bookings
* Anticipate needs, handle requests and resolve issues with confidence and warmth
* Work closely with Front Office, Management and all departments to keep operations smooth
* Manage and respond to guest feedback (in person & online: TripAdvisor, social)Support upselling, cross-selling and in-house promotions
* Step in during busy periods to support Front Office and Duty Management
* Uphold high standards in service, safety and presentation
This Role Is For You If You
* Have experience in Guest Relations, Front Office or Hotel Operations
* Are confident, personable and genuinely guest-focused
* Stay calm, organised and solutions-driven under pressure
* Enjoy working at the centre of hotel life, not behind the scenes
* Communicate clearly and professionally
* Speak fluent English (other languages are a plus)
