Contract Manager Position
The role of Contract Manager is responsible for contract lifecycle management, ensuring seamless execution and administration of contracts. This position supports cross-functional teams, including Sales, Renewals, and Legal.
Key responsibilities include:
* Reviewing, negotiating, and amending contractual agreements to align with business standards.
* Participating in contract negotiations with customers, collaborating with internal stakeholders as needed.
* Identifying opportunities to streamline and improve contract renewal practices.
* Contributing to special projects and team initiatives.
Requirements for success in this position include:
* Prior experience with contract review, drafting, and negotiation, preferably in a software industry or related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to multitask and work well in a team environment.
* Capacity to adapt to changing conditions and priorities.
* Proven ability to interact with various levels of the organization, including executive management.
Education/Certification: A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or contracting is required. Additional language skills are a plus but not necessary.
