Ryanair is recruiting an ATM Manager to lead all Air Traffic Management (ATM) activities for the Ryanair Network. Reporting to the Deputy Director of Flight Operations, this permanent role is pivotal in shaping Ryanair’s ATM strategy.
The ATM Manager will oversee Ryanair’s airspace and ATM projects, manage relationships with over 30 Air Navigation Service Providers, and collaborate with external bodies to influence the future of European air transport.
Responsibilities include:
1. Representing Ryanair at European forums and conferences on ATM development.
2. Managing projects related to the Single European Sky initiative, including research and deployment.
3. Preparing tenders for new CEF calls.
4. Coordinating with internal teams for project reporting.
5. Liaising with Air Navigation Service Providers, overseeing daily operations, delays, and performance metrics.
6. Participating in ATM target setting and industry lobbying efforts.
7. Representing Ryanair on governing boards related to SESAR and network management.
Requirements
* Strong analytical and numerical skills; finance experience is a plus.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Interpersonal skills and adaptability.
* Knowledge of airline operations, ATM, ANSP operations, aircraft systems, and SES regulations.
* Willingness to travel internationally.
