From speaking directly with the CFO and COO, we believe this role will suit a senior commercially focused accounting professionals with the following:
* Minimum of with 7+ years PQE working within the Financial Services industry
* Commercial reporting and business partnering experience
* Tax planning and compliance experience across ROI, UK & Mainland Europe
* SAP or systems implementation experience would be beneficial
* Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
* Proven ability in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake)
Role and Reporting Lines
Reporting directly to the Group CFO, this role is part of the senior finance leadership team and will be pivotal in supporting the organisation's ongoing transformation programme.
* Commercial Reporting – Oversee reporting against budget, forecast, and long-term trends, delivering insights for decision-making
* Business Intelligence – Lead dashboard development using Power BI, Tableau, and Snowflake
* Tax Oversight – Manage all tax heads liaising with external advisors
* Strategic Planning – Support financial planning, benefit tracking and business case development
* Group Reporting – Deliver accurate corporate group reports and control sign-offs
* Transformation Support – Provide commercial reporting for the transformation programme
* Capex Budgeting – Take full ownership of capital expenditure budgeting and monitoring
* Team Leadership – Develop and coach team members, and act as Deputy to the Finance Director
